Uzvedības kodeksu ir apstiprinājusi Uponor grupas valde. Uzvedības kodekss ir jāievēro visiem Uponor grupas darbiniekiem (turpmāk tekstā “Uponor”), ierēdņiem un vadītājiem (turpmāk tekstā “Darbinieki”). Šajā Uzvedības kodeksā ir ietverta Uponor vīzija, pamatmērķis un vērtības.

Ētika, tiesību akti un noteikumi

Uponor, izmantojot ētiskus un likumīgus līdzekļus, tiecas uz ilgtermiņa izaugsmi, sniedzot reālu pievienoto vērtību saviem klientiem. Darbinieki Uponor darbībā ievēro visaugstākos ētikas standartus. Darbiniekus raksturo profesionalitāte, godīgums un visaugstāko integritātes standartu ievērošana.

Uponor grupa un Darbinieki ievēro piemērojamo starptautisko un vietējo tiesību aktu prasības. Šādi tiesību akti ietver pertmonopola likumus un noteikumus, kas veicina godīgu konkurenci, reglamentē publiskās apgrozības vērtspapīrus, nosaka uzņēmumu vadību, aizsargā pret uzpirkšanu un korupciju un attiecas uz produktu nekaitīgumu un darba tiesībām.

Interešu konflikti, dāvinājumi un kukuļdošana

Employees must avoid any conflict between their own personal interests and the interests of Uponor. This includes, but is not limited to, giving or receiving of personal gifts or hospitality by Uponor stakeholders1, other than reasonable gifts or hospitality in the ordinary course of Uponor’s business and as acceptable under applicable laws. Uponor prohibits all bribery and refrains from participating in any money-laundering.

Uponor confidential information

Uponor’s trade secrets and proprietary information are valuable business assets of Uponor and therefore the use and protection of such are of utmost importance. In particular, trade secrets and other confidential information must be protected by ensuring confidential use of such information and, where appropriate, seeking additional protection through registration of intellectual property rights.

Employees who receive or learn of any confidential business information or trade secrets of Uponor shall keep such information confidential and may not, for other than Uponor’s business purposes, disclose any such information to third parties (including friends and family members).


Uponor aspires to sustainably harmonise the interests of people, the environment and the economy and to contribute to a more sustainable world. Uponor considers the environmental aspects of its product offering and continuously aims at reducing the overall environmental impact of its business operations as well as promoting sustainability by developing eco-efficient products and services.


Uponor does not participate in politics and does not support political parties or groups financially or otherwise. Employees participating in political activities shall do so as private persons only and not as representatives of Uponor.


Uponor is a responsible employer and supports equal opportunities for its employees. No discrimination based on for example race, nationality, age, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership or political activity is allowed. Uponor does not allow child or forced labour or engage suppliers that do so. Uponor strives to provide fair compensation as well as a safe and healthy workplace for all Employees.

Customers and Suppliers

Uponor is committed to enable its customers succeed, as this will support Uponor’s own success. Uponor strives for mutual satisfaction and good faith in all its agreements, high quality of products and services offered, fair pricing, and excellent after-sales service. Uponor will treat all its stakeholders with the same mindset as that with which Uponor approaches its own customers. Uponor’s suppliers are expected the meet the same ethical, social, environmental and quality standards as set forth in this Code of Conduct. Uponor expects its suppliers and other business partners to familiarize themselves with this Code of Conduct.


Any questions about this Code of Conduct shall be addressed to the General Counsel of Uponor, and any suspected violations of the Code of Conduct shall be reported to one’s superior and/or the General Counsel and shall be duly handled by the management. Any suspected violation shall be investigated and resolved in full confidence. Employees are encouraged to contact their superior in case of unclear situations.

Actions inconsistent with this Code of Conduct must be promptly corrected and are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Uponor will ensure that there are no adverse work-related consequences as a result of an Employee making complaints of violation of this Code of Conduct.
1 The term ‘stakeholder’ refers to employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, governmental and non-governmental organisations, and other parties that have influence over or are influenced by Uponor.
